Shipping

All Mars jewellery is made to order and can take up to three weeks to make before being shipped. This is because all pieces are handmade here in New Zealand. If you need your piece in a rush please email info@marsonline.co.nz to discuss.

NEW ZEALAND

  • $5 tracked shipping is included for all orders within NZ and takes upto 3 days after your piece has been made.
  • Rural shipping can take an extra 2 days.
  • Free shipping when you spend over $200

AUSTRALIA

  • Australian untracked shipping takes 4-10 days after your piece has been made
  • Tracked shipping takes up to 3 days once your piece has been made

We recommend that you choose tracked shipping for all orders as we will not be responsible for any shipping issues once your order has left our studio as this is beyond our control.

REST OF THE WORLD

  • Untracked shipping usually takes upto 12 working days worldwide once your piece has been made
  • Tracked shipping takes upto 5 days once your piece has been made

Exchanges

As all pieces are handmade to order Mars does not issue refunds unless required by law. Exchanges can be made within 14 business days of receiving the goods. We can exchange for other items or a credit note of the same value of the piece/s being exchanged.

We strongly recommend that all exchanges posted to Mars have a tracking number. Mars is not responsible for any exchanges that go missing or get lost on their way to us.

The item/s may be returned to Mars, if in its original condition. You’ll be emailed a Credit Voucher for the same value of the item/s being returned, valid for a year, that can be used online at marsofficial.co.nz

Full priced sunglasses are eligible for a refund due to change of mind only when unworn and returned within 14days. This does not apply to eyewear bought on sale.

Please note that we cannot offer exchanges on sale items and earrings due to health and safety reasons. No exceptions.

Export Restrictions / Customs

All taxes and duties including customs and import taxes are the customer's responsibilities and may be a government requirement of import. Mars has no control over these and will not refund customers for any charges.

Disclaimer

Mars will not take responsibility for any breakages after the order has been delivered in good condition. We are not responsible for any delivery delays after the order has left our studio or due to any circumstances beyond our control.
